WHAT WE DO

Manufacturing

01

Transformer Tanks

We have been designing and manufacturing high-end transformer tanks using state-of-the-art components that boost premium quality that matches both Indian and International standards.

  • Used in electrical power networks, transformer tanks are primarily utilized in a single electrical distributor transformer to retain, safeguard, and cool the winding and core.
  • Oil and the core are kept isolated from the outer world by the tank body.

02

Enclosures

Taking a product centric methodology, we have designed enclosures that are cost effective and come with high safety measures.

  • A cabinet or box that shields electrical or electronic equipment and guards against electric shock is known as an electrical enclosure.
  • Typically, stiff polymers or metals like steel, stainless steel, or aluminum are used to create enclosures.

03

Boom Barriers

To ensure complete safety and effective security at entry, exit points or even maintain the flow of pedestrians in a few cases, Ferotic offers automated, high end boom barriers.

  • Horizontal, robust pole/bar made of stainless steel to maintain the flow of vehicles.
  • The pole is designed to enable continuous use and comes with a flexible structure that allows you to modify it as per your discretion.

04

Tripod Barriers

Essentially made of three rotating arms, Tripod barriers are used at high accessibility areas and allow only one person to pass by

  • Using premium stainless steel, Ferrotic manufactures a highly tensile tripod barrier that is meant for long lasting use.
  • These barriers are automated and can adjust to high tech customisations wherever needed.

05

Link boxes

A device used to reduce or zero the electrical losses in cables, link boxes are used in high voltage areas.

  • The expert designers at Ferrotic offer a intricate system that has cable slots so the wires don’t get tangled.
  • The box is made of non conductor materials to reduce risk of any electrical issues and ensure utmost safety.

06

Electrical Panels

These are basically steel boxes that hold the circuit breakers of a house or a building. Ferroctic’s expertise lies in making sturdy, well set panels that can hold large electrical power and distribute it evenly while maintaining the load.

07

Switchyard structures

An assembly of wires, Switchyard Structures are used to collect power from the generators of the power plant and evenly distribute along the transmission lines.

  • They are used to support electrical equipments and above grade components

08

Sub- station structures

Part of an electric generation, transmission and distribution system, substation structures are predominantly made of steel. These tall structures convert high voltage to low voltage or vice versa as per the requirement of the various operations that are being carried out.

  • The premium quality steel used at Ferrotic is what makes our products class apart. The structures are fabricated from high end materials like steel and aluminium at the Ferrotic facility.

09

Solar panel mounting structure

Also known as photovoltaic mounting structures, these structures essentially help mount solar panels on roof tops and building facades.

  • At Ferrotic we make mounting structures of various sizes and dimensions. Complete customisation is available as per client requirement.
  • We ensure that the structure is adaptable and adjustable to the solar panel system that client has opted for
